Qatar Airways is looking for a dynamic Account Manager to lead our Beyond Business SME corporate sales programme across the UK and Ireland region.
Based in London, you will be responsible for delivering the revenue budget for UK and Ireland, gaining maximum value for the airline from our corporate SME programme by engaging in sales and spaneting activities to drive acquisition and account activation for Beyond Business.

Specific Accountabilities include:
Responsible for BB SME UK&I account portfolio, reviewing sales data and managing accounts to drive revenue and seek tactical opportunities for Qatar Airways.
Design sales initiatives and campaigns to drive UK&I Beyond Business SME acquisition and increase activation from existing UK&I accounts.
Provide support to all Beyond Business SME UK&I customers including onboarding and account queries.
Review revenue performance for key SME customers, submit sales call plans, sales reports, CRM via Salesforce to progress those accounts through the Beyond Business pipeline.
Drive awareness of Beyond Business SME programme by promoting campaigns and ensuring maximum publicity through media coverage, in coordination with relevant stakeholders in Head Office, Qatar.
Provide spanet intelligence, feedback programme concerns and recommend corrective action and solutions.
Advise trade and corporate teams on forthcoming BB SME product developments and special promotions.
Represent Qatar Airways as the UK&I ambassador for Beyond Business SME at all trade exhibitions and relevant corporate events.
