The Account Supervisor serves as the primary liaison between the Customer Service Center (CSC), departmental Managers, and airline partners, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on performance expectations, service delivery standards, and customer requirements. This role is responsible for proactively addressing operational issues, coordinating service solutions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, the incumbent oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of menu presentations to ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction.
