Work collaboratively with cross functional leaders to balance your teams capacity with prioritized activities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for ISC performance on delivering good quality product on time.
- Ensure Right-size production capacity to support demand through Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP).
- Manage Direct Labor resource to support customer on time delivery and agile in resource deployment.
- Ensure good product quality and comply with Work Instruction or Manufacturing Operations and Tooling.
- Review Overall Equipment Efficiency and work with cross-functions to reduce equipment down time.
- Drive Culture of continuous improvement.
- Participate in Automation and LEAN manufacturing discussion.
The Honeywell building is a controlled goods program environment. Candidates must be eligible for CGP clearance.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree in manufacturing and/or engineering
