Job Description:
As part of the UpNext transverse team and reporting directly to the COO, you are in charge of all IT and IM aspects of the UpNext ecosystem.
This position consists of a “CDD”
Missions
Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:
Leading and animating the UpNext IT/IM Security network ensuring proper data management for all UpNext activities
Developing and maintaining main Airbus Upnext IT tools (inventory management, low-code BPMN solution, specific UpNext IM infrastructure independant or attached to Airbus network) to support UpNext process in a light and efficient business-oriented way
Contributing to the compliance of the UpNext ecosystem as a subsidiary of Airbus for all IM/IT aspects in support of the COO (support to security audit or A1043 ICSA items linked to IT/IM). You are the primary interface with Airbus IT/IM services for all specific request
You are an outside the box thinker able to design and develop pragmatic tailored solutions enabling the agility, efficiency and compliance required for a startup to operate within a large industrial group, this position is for you
The tasks may evolve during the course of the projects, so being flexible is important.

You are able to demonstrate the following skills and competencies:
You have a proven experience as an IT / IM Manager (or Officer) in a startup environment or in an innovative organization
Good knowledge of Python, PHP, SQL, AppsScript (Google champion is a plus)
ProcessMaker knowledge is a plus
Airbus Network infrastructure knowledge
Private Cloud Design and data center are a plus
Communication and problem-solving skills, ability to understand complex systems and ability to work within a team in a fast paced environment
Able to take initiatives to propose simpler and efficient ways of working
Autonomy, Adaptability, Availability, Accountability
Sharing the values of transparency, courage, humility, empathy and integrity
