Job Description: Assistant Manager – Admin Lead
Location: GBP Facility Management
Scope: Facility Operations – GBP Tower D (1st, 4th, and 5th Floors), Tower A (9th Floor), and Workzone (2 Floors)
Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end facility operations across all GBP Towers. This includes property management, vendor coordination, compliance, budgeting, and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Operations & Property Management
- Oversee daily operations across designated floors in GBP Towers.
- Coordinate with landlords, IFM companies, AMC partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth facility management.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and maintain service continuity.
Customer Service
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, treating every IndiGo employee as a valued customer.
- Practice active listening, set clear expectations, and ensure effective communication.
Partner Performance Management
- Monitor quality and turnaround time (TAT) of service execution.
- Evaluate service quality based on predefined criteria.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including licenses and certifications.
EHS, Safety, Compliance & Sustainability
- Manage Fire and PCB NOCs.
- Maintain data within compliance tools.
- Oversee waste handling, disposal, and air quality management.
Opex & Capex Management
- Prepare accurate forecasts for operational and infrastructure projects.
- Allocate funds efficiently while ensuring expenses remain within approved budgets.
