Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and execution of transactional and promotional communication (Email, SMS,Push, Rich SMS, WhatsApp).
- Ensure all communications align with brand messaging.
- Analyze performance data to develop customer segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with analytics team to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Work with designers, content creators, and HTML developers to deliver engaging email content.
- Optimize content for multiple channels and devices.
- Provide insights and prepare reports for senior management on campaign effectiveness.
- Convert static creatives into dynamic emailers (HTML).
- Develop and manage AMP mailers for interactive experiences.
Required Skills / Must-Have
- Proven experience in email spaneting.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience with email spaneting platforms and segmentation tools.
- Knowledge of compliance standards in digital communication.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing, automation, user journey mapping, and data analysis.
- Proficiency in HTML for emailers.
- Demonstrated expertise in AMP mailers (mandatory).
Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with emerging spaneting automation tools.
- Exposure to personalization frameworks for customer journeys.
- Experience in aviation, travel, or e-commerce industries.
Education & Qualifications
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Secondary: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Digital Media, or equivalent with relevant
experience.
Certifications / Licenses
Certifications in email spaneting platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe
Campaign) preferred.
Google Analytics or equivalent certification (preferred).
