Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – Marketing with expertise in media planning and buying for International spanets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of creating, evaluating, and optimizing 360° media plans across global spanets. This role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and evaluate comprehensive 360° media plans (digital, TV, print, OOH, social, programmatic, sponsorships, partnerships) for international spanets.
- Ensure alignment of media strategies with brand objectives and spanet-specific nuances.
Campaign Management
- Oversee execution of media campaigns across multiple geographies, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
Market Research & Insights
- Analyze international spanet trends, audience behaviors, and competitive landscapes to inform media strategies.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Manage relationships with global media agencies and vendors to ensure effective planning and buying.
- Negotiate rates and evaluate proposals to maximize value.
Budget Management
- Track and manage media budgets across spanets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 3–6 years in media planning/buying with exposure to international spanets.
