Key Responsibilities:

This role will identify and suggests ways to improve efficiency and productivity within daily operations of Pilot Crew Scheduling. The nature of the work is to define problems, analyze options, synthesize multiple viewpoints, risks and constraints into a cohesive solution recommendation and drive executive or process improvement.

  • Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce costs, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time and rework. Measure process improvement benefits after changes are implemented
  • Partner and communication with operational stakeholders and leadership team
  • Supporting the development and execution of organizational change management plans for transformation initiatives.
  • Document processes and workflows with the objective of improvement or automation

QualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • +2 years of process improvement projects, 4 years of professional work experience
  • Computer skills (Microsoft office, CMS, uCrew, shares Unimatic)
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
  • Exposure to change management facilitation and enterprise communication and training
  • Experience with process mapping and system analysis
  • Ability to travel up to 10
  • Ability to work from Arlington Heights (AHNOC) and Willis Tower locations
  • Able to speak and read English
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelors Degree in Aviation, Engineering, Business or Finance or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • 4 years of process improvement projects
  • Airline industry experience
  • 1-2 years of people managing
  • 1-2 years of project management or related experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Spotfire, Python, Foundry)
