Ramp Safety Training instructor is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ramp safety standards and training programs across the network. The role ensures compliance with airside regulations, promotes operational excellence, and enhances safety culture through effective training and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Ramp Safety Training: Deliver training sessions across the network, ensuring consistent safety practices.
- Maintain training records: Track, document, and manage training records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop training modules and materials: Create comprehensive training content, manuals, and supporting documents tailored to operational needs.
- Ensure staff awareness of airside rules: Communicate and reinforce adherence to airport and airline regulations.
- Liaise with related departments: Collaborate with stakeholders to align training.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned: Support operational and safety initiatives as required by management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on ramp operations, preferably with international carriers.
- Strong knowledge of airside safety regulations, policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross‑departmental coordination.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.
