ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The individual should demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of documentation alongside in-depth knowledge of cabin crew training.

QUALIFICATIONS

• SEP instructor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, holding a valid license for A320-321 aircraft.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

Documentation & Audit Support:

• Facilitate and maintain documentation for DGCA and IOSA audits
• Manage and control training and operational documentation, including controlled forms
• Oversee and organize surveillance flight documents for IndiGo and Wet/Damp lease operations
• Assist in conducting audits of training facilities

Training

• Deliver comprehensive cabin safety training to all Cabin and Cockpit Crew, including Initial, Type, Recurrent, Refresher/Extended Recurrent, and Lead training sessions.
• Provide effective situational management training to enhance crew understanding and response capabilities.
• Offer constructive feedback to support continuous improvement in training programs and service quality.
• Ensure strict compliance with company grooming standards and defined service and safety protocols during training.
• Stay current with all updates in safety standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance in aircraft operations.
• Promote and maintain good discipline among trainees.
• Foster a healthy and positive work environment for crew members in training, aligned with IndiGo’s culture.
