Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee international tax compliance obligations, including corporate income tax returns, withholding tax compliances, and foreign tax filings.
• Review and interpret Double Taxation Avoidance Agreements (DTAAs) to ensure accurate tax withholding and treaty benefits.
• Support in tax provisioning, audit support, and tax reconciliations for international entities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants for global tax filings and regulatory submissions.
• Assist in transfer pricing documentation, Master File / Local File preparation, and Country-by-Country Reporting.
• Track changes in global tax laws and treaties impacting the company’s international operations.
• Review intercompany agreements, cross-border payments, and invoices to ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
• Support in tax assessments, audits, and inquiries raised by tax authorities in different jurisdictions.
• Maintain updated records and documentation to support tax positions and ensure readiness for audits.
