Reports to: Digital Sales Transformation Manager

This role is part of our Digital Sales team in the Sales and Distribution Department who are dedicated to advancing our digital-first strategy through innovative retail solutions.

You will support the formulation of long-term digital retail strategies and manage the execution of projects to enhance sales capabilities in our internet booking engine and mobile applications. You will coordinate with business units and external parties to identify emerging technologies and customer behaviour trends, providing insights and designing customer experiences along the booking journey.

With exposure to cutting-edge technologies and cross-functional collaborations, you will deepen your expertise in digital sales and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of airline retail.

• Support Digital Sales Transformation Manager to formulate long term digital retail strategy
• Manage the execution of projects, ensure the monitoring of transformation initiatives to support new digital sales capabilities in the internet booking engine and mobile applications
• Coordinate with other business units and external parties to identify and evaluate the role of emerging technologies and changing customer behaviours in the airline’s digital retail strategy
• Provide key insights and analysis to support the Digital Retail team
• Collaborate with regions and other business units to identify business requirements and design corresponding customer experience along the customer booking journey

• University degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within aviation or related industry
• Experience in digital sales, digital experience, airline systems and operations a definite advantage
• Experience in data and sales analysis tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, Adobe Analytics
• Excellent project management skills
• Excellent commercial acumen and possess an analytical mind-set
• Ability to build trust and influence among a wide range of stakeholders
