As an Assistant Manager, Finance, your primary duties will revolve around two key areas: financial expertise and operational integrity.

Youll be expected to:

• Leverage your financial expertise: This means applying your in-depth knowledge of finance to your daily tasks, whether its managing budgets, analyzing financial data, or preparing reports.
• Uphold safety and quality standards: Beyond just financial figures, youll be responsible for ensuring that all your assigned tasks are performed with the highest regard for safety protocols and quality benchspans. This suggests a role where financial decisions may directly impact or be influenced by operational safety and quality.
• Contribute to broader objectives: Your work wont be isolated. Youll be expected to actively contribute to the overarching goals of both your finance department and the company as a whole. This implies a strategic understanding of how your role fits into the larger organizational picture.
• Ensure regulatory and procedural compliance: A critical aspect of the role is to guarantee that all financial activities and operational procedures adhere strictly to relevant industry regulations and internal company policies. This is vital for mitigating risks and maintaining legal and ethical standards.

Youll actively:
