Job Title: Assistant Station Manager
Job DescriptionThe Assistant Station Manager is responsible for directly managing manpower and schedules to achieve customer satisfaction while ensuring a safe and productive station environment. The role involves resolving employee and customer questions and issues efficiently and overseeing all aircraft maintenance work to ensure safety and compliance with FAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage manpower and schedules to accomplish customer satisfaction.
- Resolve employee and customer questions and issues in a timely manner.
- Oversee all aircraft maintenance work to ensure safety and compliance with FAA regulations.
- Ensure the proper storage and disposal of hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records.
- Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to be successful in their roles.
- Monitor station asset needs.
Essential Skills- Possession of an Airframe and Powerplant License.
- Extensive technical knowledge of commercial aircraft.
- Five years of previous line maintenance experience.
- Strong team leadership skills.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
