Role Overview
The Associate Manager – Flight Data Analysis will support the Flight Safety team in analysing flight data for Airbus and Boeing fleets. The role focuses on assisting in trend identification, safety investigations, and operational performance improvements under the guidance of the Manager.
Minimum Educational Qualification
- CPL / ATPL / AME Diploma / Graduate (Aeronautical, Engineering or related discipline preferred)
Experience
- 02–05 years of experience in Flight Data Monitoring (FDM), FOQA, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Flight Data Monitoring (FDM/FOQA) analysis and reporting
- Support identification of safety trends and systemic risks
- Contribute to investigations with flight data insights
- Help maintain dashboards and exceedance detection logic
- Maintain data integrity and standardize reporting practices
- Collaborate with operational teams for procedural assessments
- Ensure compliance with DGCA-India, EASA, ICAO, and internal SMS standards
Skills & Competencies
- Working knowledge of FOQA/FDM software: Airbus FDA, Analysis Ground Station, Cassiopee, Flightscape/Insight, AirFASE or similar
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and MS Office
- Familiarity with Annex 13 investigations and human factors analysis
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
