We have an opening for a Base Maintenance Manager with an 3-5 years experience as a Bell A&P mechanic at our Kearney, NJ repair station.
Base Maintenance Managers effectively and consistently support and convey the corporate philosophy to other members of the organization and ensure that general base operations are conducted smoothly and in an orderly manner.
- Ensure operations are being conducted in a safe and productive manner
- Make certain all aircraft are airworthy and scheduled maintenance is conducted promptly.
Base Maintenance Managers are responsible for supporting and encouraging other Mechanics at the bases and overseeing and monitoring their work.
Base Maintenance Managers will ensure that other Mechanics arrive and depart from work on time and understand their daily duties and responsibilities as assigned.
