Job Description:
Mission of the Job
To drive and enable the achievement of business excellence by the application of the business improvement fundamentals, based on lean and right first time lean principles, and associated digital methods and approaches such as Lean / OE systems, Problem Solving and Quality Standards.
It must contribute to develop and implement the standards and routines of different lean tools, assuring their sustainability, as well as promote the Digital Initiatives.
Reports to Ho Industrial Operations and Shared Services
Main activities
- to define, develop and implement a complete set of performance indicators to support business decision-making
- to measure business performance and to identify deviations to the targets, in a harmonized way in Airbus D&S Operations perimeter
- to help Operations team and the corresponding support functions to be able to achieve the targeted performances
- to contribute to and get advantage of the existing BT network in Airbus Defence & Space to implement all relevant initiatives, including Digital initiatives that will support the global business transformation
- to deploy digital tools
Education/Training:
- Engineering Degree or equivalent
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Project Management and Performance Management
- Knowledge of production processes and technologies.
- Communication and leadership skills.
Tool or product requirements:
- SAP
- Microsoft Office
- DeMAT is a plus
Languages:
- English
- Other languages is a plus
