Qualifications Required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an FAA Part 145 Repair Station environment
- Strong working knowledge of 14 CFR Part 145 and Part 43
- Experience with repair station manuals, FAA audits, and regulatory compliance programs
- Experience supervising inspection personnel
Preferred
- Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
- Repairman Certificate or Inspection Authorization (IA)
- Previous experience serving as Chief Inspector or Quality Manager
- Experience with AS9100 or aerospace quality systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and component maintenance manuals

Position Summary
T-Aerospace LLC is an FAA Part 145 Repair Station relocating operations to the Knoxville, Tennessee area and is seeking an experienced Chief Inspector to oversee inspection functions and regulatory compliance.
The Chief Inspector is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities comply with 14 CFR Part 145, Part 43, and approved technical data, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and airworthiness.
This position will lead all inspection activities, maintain the repair station quality system, support FAA oversight, and ensure proper certification of articles returned to service.
The role will also support the repair station facility relocation and operational transition while maintaining regulatory continuity.
