What you need to do in this role
You will have a proven track record in leading and developing large high-performing teams, with a strong background in operational delivery that aligns with strategic goals. Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills are essential, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels, both internally and externally.
Resilience under pressure and a commitment to adopting a collaborative, "one team" culture across all departments are key. Evidence of process improvement will further support success in this role. Outstanding organisational, administrative, and presentation skills are required, alongside the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
As always, experience in aviation is helpful but the understanding of managing large teams and implementing positive change is crucial for this role.
Location & Hours of Work
This is a full-time role and will be 44 hours per week (including weekends and public holidays) based at Marrakech Airport. Regular flying as operational crew is also required (once a week).
This position requires availability for Network travel when required as well as completing out of hours, on call duties on a rotational basis.
