QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; or 5+ years of direct capture management experience.
Proven knowledge of capture management processes from opportunity approval through proposal, capture/award, and transition.
Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce and Deltek.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Deltek products preferred.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to design competitive solutions to customer requirements.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.
