In your role, you will
• Coordinate with PMO to maintain up to date sales pipeline and priorities and create governance to ensure alignment with C&P Management team and key support function stakeholders.
• Establish, develop, and define the engineering governance standards including implementation of tools and best practices.
• Maintain governance calendar, solicit inputs, and prepare governance presentation material for internal/external stakeholders and support governance standardization within Defense Engineering.
• Maintain an accurate roll-up of all Capture & Proposal and Strategy team engineering deliverables. Provide visibility to all relevant support functions and chair governance to track completion dates.
• Define and balance scorecard and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) linked to C&P and Strategy and develop the appropriate dashboard for reviewing/tracking.
• Lead and coordinate initiatives for Capture & Proposal and Strategy process optimization and documentation.
As our ideal candidate
• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or relevant field.
• You have a minimum of three (3) years of experience governance, engineering sales support or project management.
• Per US ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) Requirements, must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card Holder).
• You are a team player with initiative and excellent communication skills.
• You have a demonstrated ability to improve the efficiency of business processes.
• You drive for results and take initiative to achieve personal and team objectives.
• You have strong oral and written communication skills.
• You are proficient in the Microsoft Office Tools suite; knowledge of Power BI is an asset.
• You are able to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively while working toward aggressive deadlines.
