As a Cargo Pricing Supervisor, you will be responsible for handling the EKSC Audit function from across the EK network : Evaluating all relevant aspects contributing to Revenue Leakage as per the set strategy of the Pricing department. This role Involves close coordination with multiple stakeholders both internal and external; including Pricing, Capcon, EK station teams and third party partners, maintaining a timely and adaptable approach in responding to multiple concurrent requests with differing elements.
In this role, you will:
- AWB Verification: Collaboration with Outstation EK Ops and sales teams & WNS to ensure smooth exchange of AWB copies to complete verification with the 18 checks agreed in the SLA. Quality check AWB verification done by WNS from the EK network using all available decision-support tools to detect errors taking into consideration minimum SLA requirement.
- Regular coordination with Spot Desk Controller/pricing for clarification on Tariff, contracts and special offers. Adhere to RI KPI, ensure the failed ad hoc requests are actioned within the set KPIs, Proration, product downgrade, waivers and errors are corrected in SkyChain/SkyConnect
- Reconcile the RAPID vs SkyChain irregularities, and any EK Revenue related queries monthly.
- Manage end to end reconciliation of CBA (Cargo billing advise) for USA & BQN.
QualificationQualification, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (preferred not a prerequisite)
- More than 2 years of Cargo/Logistics/Airline or reservations/call-centre experience
- Experience of working in a commercial environment
- Knowledge of Cargo rates/charges, rules/regulations, cargo reservations and operational procedures.
- Computer literate & experience operating Windows / MS Office; including Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills to comprehend large data
- Ability to adapt to new tools/systems such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, Salesforce
