What You Will Do
Manage day-to-day operations of the Engine Component Repair Cell.
Lead and supervise a team of up to 30 Technicians.
Achieve operational targets: eTAT, OTD, HPP, productivity, utilization, and cost efficiency.
Implement Smart Factory initiatives and continuous improvement projects.Optimize manpower planning, resource allocation, and overtime management.
Manage and report production outputs and sales targets.
Drive employee engagement through communication, coaching, and performance feedback.
Support staffing, training, and capability development for the team.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and Materials to meet business goals.
Monitor and report operational KPIs.
Lead productivity and CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) projects.
Support EH&S programs and ensure safety compliance.
Participate in audits and inspections as required.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent disciplines.
Fresh Graduate with no experience or early-career professionals with up to 2 years’ experience.
Proven ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve business goals.
Demonstrated problem solving and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.Experience using SAP or equivalent enterprise systems.
Process and detail oriented, including strong interpersonal and prioritization skills.
Lean manufacturing or repair experience with a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications We Prefer
Relevant experience in Aerospace, Manufacturing or MRO.
Prior Internship experience with Pratt & Whitney or in Aerospace industry is preferred.
