The CoBrand Portfolio Program Manager supports the CoBrand product strategist team in driving account growth, improving Debit Active Rate, and increasing Cardmember engagement and spend. This role manages key portfolio initiativesu2014including member spend engagement, product development, and educationu2014and leads the strategic expansion of a thirdu2011party vendor specializing in email deployment and triggeru2011based communications. The position works crossu2011functionally and with external partners to advance an awardu2011winning, multiu2011billionu2011dollar program. The Program Manager will also support Cardmember and acquisition initiatives tied to new product development, product launches, and gou2011tou2011market efforts that contribute to card sales goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead program engagement by managing strategic efforts related to thirdu2011party vendor expansion, enabling more personalized and targeted marketing to improve Debit Active Rate and campaign performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to influence, collaborate, and drive alignment.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between CoBrand, internal marketing teams, and the thirdu2011party vendor.
  • Manage Cardmember offers, briefing, audience targeting, communications, and creative development through internal and external processes.
  • Communicate channel plans, changes, and impacts to portfolio teams and leadership.
  • Support triu2011party contractual negotiations.
  • Track campaign performance and communicate insights to program stakeholders.
  • Manage timelines, monitor program status, and report campaign results.
  • Contribute to a solutionu2011oriented, collaborative team environment.
  • Align with leadership on priorities, address project needs constructively, with ability to adapt to changing business and program needs
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and a polished personal brand.
  • Seek opportunities to streamline and improve existing processes.
  • Show curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in product management and customer/marketing strategy.
  • Understanding of financial services, credit card, and/or airline industries.
  • Preferred to have knowledge in email channel marketing, and trigger-capabilities
  • Strong partner management and relationshipu2011building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Education

  • Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

  • Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
  • Product management
  • Customer marketing
  • Experience working in or with Financial Services, Credit Card or Consumer Banking marketing preferred but not required

Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities

  • Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to traverse from one location to another
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

Other Qualifications

  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Some business travel required
