The Pratt & Whitney Commercial Engines (CE) organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the CE Connected Products (CP) and Engine Health Management (EHM) Program team. This role will support and lead key elements of a large-scale digitalization initiative focused on GTF forecasting, associated data products, and tools. As one of only three “Lighthouse” projects identified for 2026 planning and execution across RTX, Collins, and P&W, the initiative is highly visible and fast-moving, requiring a results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can effectively prioritize and adapt to changing demands. The role requires close cross-functional coordination across digital technology, engineering, and commercial engines functions, and the ability to provide clear, timely, and data-driven updates to senior leadership across RTX and P&W. 

  

Additional Background: 

  

As a member of the CE Connected Products and EHM team, you will support and gain exposure to initiatives focused on acquiring as-used product data to deliver customer and internal value. The team supports key services, including Engine Health Management (EHM) and Data Services, for over 140 customers and 11,000 engines across the GTF (Geared Turbo Fan) and MCE (Mature Commercial Engines) fleets. You will also contribute and gain exposure to: 

The RTX Connected Products and P&W digital strategy 

The development and execution of customer / supplier agreements (engaging with Customer Focus Teams) 

Collaboration and growth opportunities across RTX, and with customers and airframe OEMs 

  

What You Will Do: 

  • Support the Program Manager in leading key elements of the GTF Digitalization Lighthouse Project and P&W Connected Products initiatives, collaborating with RTX, Collins, and P&W stakeholders. 

  • Lead visioning and development planning sessions with cross-functional subject matter experts to define strategy, scope, and execution plans. 

  • Own the integrated project plan, ensuring delivery, budget, and quality objectives are met, and provide regular business and project status updates to the Program Manager, and Senior Leadership. 

  • Collaborate with Commercial Engines and other groups to align project and applicable contract activities, advance Connected Products/EHM/Digital growth initiatives, and support go-to-spanet strategy and execution for new service offerings. 

  • Contribute to long-range planning efforts, including Next Gen Single Aisle (NGSA) and other strategic opportunities.

Qualifications You Must Have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field and 10 years of cross functional teaming experience to include project management, program management and customer relationship management; Or Advanced degree and 7 years of cross functional teaming experience to include customer relationship management, contract negotiation and project management. 

  • 5+ years of end-to-end project management experience delivering digital initiatives. 

  • Proven success leading large, cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects, with the ability to clearly articulate your individual role, accountability level, and direct impact. 

  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering executive-level presentations on complex, large-scale initiatives. 

Qualifications We Prefer: 

  • Familiarity with Agile or Lean methodologies 

  • Experience leading with influence and taking initiative to drive business results 

  • Experience with data analysis tools, AI, and techniques 

  • Proven project management and leadership skills with a history of attaining results 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus 

  • Business judgement and strategic thinking ability 

  • Strong written and verbal communication, and formal presentation skills

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
