An opportunity for a Communications Engagement plan manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a replacement of our Communications Engagement plan manager for Spain during her maternity leave. The mission covers:
End-to-end communications operations of the national Employee Engagement Plan: topic brief, comms action plan, asset planning and eventually creation, validation, asset publication, event management, measurement.Creating/identifying synergies of existing and planned communications from Commercial Aircraft, Corporate HR and Corporate/Global Business Communications Plans
Publication of local / national HR Communications on the Engagement topics via HR Communications Advisor Team
Interface to &43;Impact / Community Management Team regarding Engagement comms actions
Coordination with external channels for external communication actions as part of the Engagement Plan, including employment marketing
SKILLS
360 Communications Professional with a background in internal communications
Project management skills
Local language skills and strong English skills
Team player and experienced in stakeholder management
Strategic understanding combined with can do and hands on personality
Good copywriting and editorial skills
Good knowledge of CMS tools
Good knowledge in Google Workspace
