The role: An exciting opportunity to join British Airways Regulated Safety Team as a Compliance Audit Manager has arisen!
In this role you will be accountable for our compliance to CAA Operational Safety and Security Regulations, IOSA Standards and Recommended Practices as well as internal processes and procedures.
What you’ll do: - Systematic audits of the British Airways Management System, head office functions, IOSA standards and recommended procedures and Operations; typically ground and cabin.
- Please note the role holder should be able to undertake a significant amount of overseas travel.
What you’ll bring to British Airways: - Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Effective and engaging influencing and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across all levels of all directorates.
Your experience: - Experience in compliance monitoring is essential.
- A strong understanding of CAA and international aviation regulations.
- A recognised auditor qualification is desirable.
