Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
- 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
- US Citizenship is required.
- 5 years minimum direct Configuration Management experience in defense or commercial design and manufacturing industry.
- 5 years engineering or engineering support experience in defense or commercial design and manufacturing.
- Understand Configuration Management (CM) disciplines and requirements.
- Familiarity with SAE/EIA 649 Configuration Management Standard, highly desirable.
- Familiar with Engineering Release Process and Procedures.
- Ability to work Engineering Requirements as they relate to CM, experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand change requests as it relates to Engineering changes and release of Engineering Documentation.
- Perform Document and Drawing reviews to ensure incorporation of CM requirements.
- Knowledge of industry standard PLM version control tools for both hardware and software.
- Cost Point CM system knowledge required.
- Basic knowledge of software and hardware development life-cycles.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- S. Citizen with a current passport.
- Physical requirements include the ability to lift to 30 lbs.
