This position is for a control account manager (CAM) in support of labor and material control accounts under the Advanced Development Programs (ADP) Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Life Cycle Management (LCM) Team. The CAM will have control of the majority of accounts for the team, and will be responsible for executing status and maintaining those accounts (EV TAR, EAC, variances, baselining activities, work package and I/O generation). The CAM will need to coordinate with the engineering leads and program management to understand what account changes are needed, provide feedback to various teams on execution against their accounts, maintain the EV schedule and ensure task completion.
Responsible for full spectrum control account management of numerous accounts and pro-active coaching of other CAMs to promote organizational EVMS compliance, consistency, and performance. Ensure positive Earned Value Management System (EVMS) measures are maintained with appropriate info provided to technical SMEs, Risks and Opportunity (R/O) Boards, OBS managers, and project management. Responsible for Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEAC) preparation, variance analyses, and presentation to ADP leadership on a recurring basis. Must be ready to set/adjust to the EVMS standards for the team and develop a reputation for EV prowess, knowledge, and excellence.

Support, participation in and knowledge of System Engineering Technical Reviews (SETRs), Scrum Master, Agile EV methods, and Jira are pluses

A level 2 employee Typically has 2 - 5 years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:
Experienced Cost Account Management
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Microsoft Office Suite experienced

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
