Description: You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) position with our Supply Operations and Logistic (SO&L) organization in Fort Worth, TX Our team is responsible for a portfolio of accounts in support of the Integrated Fighter Group (IFG), for both F-16 and F22 programs and potentially Air Mobility & Maritime Missions (AMMM) for C-130, P-3, C-5. In this role, you will manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple control accounts tied to any of the following areas: Repairs, Spares, Mod Programs, Provisioning, 3PL Warehousing, and others.
What You Will Be Doing
As a CAM, you will perform activities associated with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for assigned portfolio. Your responsibilities will include:
• Financial Analysis
• Forecasting
• Schedule adjustments
• Baseline planning
• Variance explanations
• Schedule and cost performance reporting
• Annual comprehensive estimate at complete (CEAC)
• Leadership briefings

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Considered experienced, but still a learner.
• Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts or dashboards from a data set)
Desired Skills:
• Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS Experience (CAM 101 Certified) preferred
• SAP Proficiency
• Supply Performance Based Logistics contracts experience
• Previous Sustainment Experience in Mod Programs, Repair and Return Programs, and/or PSI/PBL Programs.
• Solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.
• Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved
• Familiarity with AMMM, IFG, F-35, or ADP supply execution systems, tools, processes.
• Experience with APTS, Contracts, Proposals
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience managing and meeting deadlines and projects (cost and schedule)
• Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
