What will I be doing?

• Lead and oversee all company operations in Finland, ensuring strong financial performance, compliance with local regulations, and effective management of assets, budgets, and resources.
• Represent the organisation at a corporate level, building and maintaining strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the aviation, commercial, and government sectors.
• Develop and execute country strategy aligned with global objectives, driving sales, spaneting, pricing, and distribution to grow spanet share and revenue.
• Monitor spanet trends, performance, and profitability, identifying opportunities to optimize routes, enhance revenue, and improve cost efficiency.
• Lead, develop, and align cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives while fostering innovation and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic insights and regular reporting to headquarters to support decision-making and long-term growth.

In order to be considered for this role, the essential things we need from you are:

• Minimum 10 years in a senior aviation role with strong commercial and operational knowledge.
• Expertise in airline functions including sales, reservations, airport services, and cargo.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans within the aviation industry.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, with excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• The unrestricted right to live and work in Finland
