Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Front Desk Performance Manager(m/f) for our Commercial Aircraft business to join our Retrofit Solutions organization within the Customer Services Engineering & Maintenance department based in Toulouse, France.
Our mission is to deliver and support value added Retrofit Solutions packages to maintain continued aircraft airworthiness and improve Customers operations & profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for the Retrofit Solutions Customer Front Desk (CFD) performance and to drive continuous improvement related to Customer Front Desk process, tools, governance to ensure the best queries answer is provided to our customers.

Your challenges:
Transverse role in Retrofit Solutions organization (SIMY & SIMC) based in European Airbus sites, Mobile, India and China - 500 FTE
Management of 3 subcontractors
&43;6000 queries per year related to standard Services Bulletins, Upgrade Service Bulletins and Vendor Service Bulletins
Customers are potentially all Airbus customers worldwide
All Airbus Platforms
Your boarding pass:
More than 5 years of experience in aircraft systems and aviation as well as aircraft maintenance
Knowledge of customer operations and maintenance
Knowledge of Service Bulletin process and RDAF
Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and airlines operations
Fluent in written & spoken English
Customer oriented mindset
Good negotiation interpersonal and communication skills
