This position is for a Cybersecurity Resiliency Associate Manager, working for the tactical Governance, Risk, and Compliance team at RMS in Moorestown, NJ. This manager will provide leadership and functional management for a team of engineers for multiple tactical programs. In conjunction with these programs, this manager will also be responsible for providing strong planning, management of resources, and expertise to execute detailed risk analysis to lead to successful certification products. This manager will collaborate with the technical lead(s) who will be instrumental in driving the assessment, identification, mitigation and validation of cyber related risks across the organization and/or program. Management of technical tasking that includes vulnerability scanning, analysis, Risk Management Framework (RMF), automation, process improvement, and research and development efforts.

This manager will work closely alongside program or project management to be in overall alignment with meeting Cyber related costs and scheduling goals. Some of the functional responsibilities of the manager may include, but not limited to the following:
1. Assignment of work tasks, providing performance reviews, career planning, and training development required for direct reports.
2. Conduct staffing and manpower planning to support current and anticipated projects, including interviewing and hiring personnel as required. Coordinate staffing requirements closely with other systems engineering organizations and program management.
3. Define, communicate, and coordinate staffing priorities as well as funding requirements with the appropriate project leads.
4. Act as a stakeholder for programs ensuring domain area is appropriately represented.
5. Review and approve functional proposal inputs including Basis of Estimates and Statements of Work.
6. Own, execute, and status department and RMS level initiatives, including promotion and adoption of Digital Transformation processes.
7. Provide mentoring and/or guidance to less senior level technical professionals.
Basic Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
- Knowledge of Aegis, Domestic, and Foreign programs
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of operating system concepts
- Familiarity with Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) documentation
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance – minimum Interim Secret Clearance to start.
Desired Skills:
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of systems engineering processes
- Knowledge of emerging system engineering practices and experience in adopting and implementing key practices.
- Knowledge of vulnerability analysis using cybersecurity tools (e.g., Splunk, STIG Viewer, SCC Tool, ACAS, etc.)
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
