JOB PURPOSE
As the Data Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of data management processes and systems that support the organisations business objectives. You will be responsible for enabling the data management capabilities that ensure optimal data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity for all the organisation’s data assets.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
The following key accountabilities have been established to deliver the easyJets data management strategy.
• Leadership: Lead the technical development and implementation of all the data management processes that ensure that our data is trusted, discoverable, understandable, safe and in compliance with regulations.
• Data Management & Quality: Be the technical lead for the Data Management and Quality. Develop the technical designs of all Data Management frameworks and operating models and ensure that are embedded in our people, tools, and business processes
• Training & enablement: Promote data literacy and data management awareness across the organization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, domain data leads, business/technical data stewards, data scientists, data bi/analysts, data product delivery leads and other stakeholders, including data protection officers and risk & compliance, to ensure the efficient and optimal delivery of our data management strategy.
• Technology and Innovation: Support the implementation of data management technologies and tools to enhance and automate data management supporting domain and cross-domain data standardisation by design.
