This role will be the team leader for transformation within the fulfillment organization. Multiple SPB direct reports will report into this organization. The two major arms of the transformation team consist of the ATLAS team, focused on creating a single source of truth for material coverage, delivery risk and problem solving, as well as the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) Hoshin Kanri (HK) team that is being built out in 2026. In addition, partnering, setting priorities for and working with a team of multiple Palantir Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) as well as GE internal developers will be a critical enabler in the role.The role requires a leader who is highly cross functional, has a deep understanding of supply chain and operations, is excited about using technology to develop solutions and integrate them into standard work in order to improve business outcomes, and is willing to be a "player coach" that can develop a strong team while also executing critical tasks.Travel is flexible, but expected to be 10 if you reside in Cincinnati, and 15 if working remote.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the ATLAS team of transformational owners to help execute on the roadmap thats developed cross-functionally with the DT team
- Problem solve and clear hurdles for the ATLAS team to be able to achieve the full potential of the Palantir Foundry technology
- Continuously work to improve delivery processes related to Clear To Build and Clear To Launch
- Work with Integrated Manufacturing, Product Operations, MRO Fulfillment and Product Line Fulfillment leadership in order to deploy applications/solutions into standard work
- Work with process operations and functional owners to ensure long term sustainment of applications and standard work
- Partner with the DT team to integrate data from source systems into Foundry, and work cross-functionally to reduce data latency in order to enable real-time information for users of the platform
- Partner with Engines Modernization, Palantir, and GE DT team to "catch" system deployments by the EM team and integrate them seamlessly in order to mitigate system downtime for users
- Be a key leader in the S&OE HK strategy development + process deployment while managing the TTI owner and ops leader
- Closely partner with our internal customers and interpret business challenges + implement best practices with developers and FDEs to improve products and processes
- Use the Artificial Intelligence capabilities within the Palantir Foundry platform to our advantage and deploy agentic AI solutions that improve productivity of users
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years manufacturing experience) + minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience

The base pay range for this position is 159,000.00 - 212,000.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on January 31st 2026.
