Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS), KC-46 Tanker Program is seeking a Deputy Production Program Manager based out of Everett, WA.
As an integrated product team program manager, this role will be responsible for the integrated BDS, BCA, BGS full life-cycle value stream for KC-46 aircraft, leading up to DD250 for USAF and International customers. Oversight to ensure success of all aircraft modifications supporting development test flights to customer retrofit programs.
KC-46 is the world’s leading edge multi-mission air to air refueling Tanker. Deployed throughout the world, the KC-46 team is responsible for execution across the development, production, and sustainment lifecycle.
Position Responsibilities
- Requires integrated leadership across various internal BU, major suppliers and domestic/international customers.
- Internal facing to ensure streamline accountability across various BUs.
- Applies continuous improvement through the deployment of Program Management Best Practices to enhance program performance
- Interface cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to define and evaluate accomplishment of program priorities
- This position will oversee and is accountable for successful performance, regarding quality and safety of the product
- Provide the resources and support to ensure successful execution of current and future contracts
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options. The candidate will be required to work onsite, with current flexibility for telecommuting/hybrid schedule as per company policy – subject to change.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
- 5+ years of experience with Supplier/Contracts/Program Management practices and processes.
- 5+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and/or Boeing Production System (BPS)
- 3+ years of leader or senior manager experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
- 3+ years of experience working with foreign and US government customers.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Summary pay range - $192,950 - $261,050
