We are inviting top-tier talent to join us in this journey to drive the creation of exceptional digital experiences for our customers and employeesThe Design Ops Project Manager will join our Design Operations team and play a critical role in driving operational excellence across our Digital Design, UX, Content, Retail & Merchandising team. They will be responsible for managing cross-functional initiatives, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders and tools—especially Workfront.Specific activities include but are not limited to:Organize and coordinate intake and management of projects for a cross-functional team that includes Audience Strategy, Merchandising, Optimization, Content Management and Strategy, User Research and Design functionsDevelop and execute project plans, timelines, and deliverables including scope definition and resource allocationMonitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement corrective actions throughout the project journeyReport project status to leaders and stakeholders from various departments (e.g., Digital, Marketing, Loyalty, etc.)Facilitate communication, collaboration, and alignment across stakeholder teams both inside and outside of DigitalSocialize the Digital process to other teams; ensure clarity in roles, responsibilities, and expectationsHelp shape how our teams work together to deliver high quality front-end solutions for applications across Delta’s digital ecosystem, including but not limited to delta.com and the Fly Delta appSupport roadmapping, workflow optimization, reporting, and user enablement of workflow tools like Adobe Workfront and Aha!. Serve as a primary administrator and power user of these toolsSupport change management and adoption of new tools or processes

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) At least 3 years of relevant professional experience delivering programs that affect people and processes, ideally in project management, consulting, design operations or business operationsProven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlinesStrong program, project, and stakeholder management skillsExpertise in measuring impact, identifying risks, and focusing projects on priorities that accomplish outcomesStrong time management, communication, and negotiation skillsConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
