Digital Architect Manager
Job Description:

•tBuild the 3-year digital roadmap aligned with our industrial strategy.
•tDefine the target architecture for all industrial systems and ensure coherence and integration.
•tLead the collection and consolidation of business needs (production, quality, maintenance, PPC…).
•tProduce high-level functional specifications and evaluate digital opportunities.
•tCoordinate the digital project portfolio and support prioritization.
•tWork closely with IT on technical feasibility, cybersecurity, and system integration.
•tSupport change management and adoption of new digital solutions.
Job Requirements:

Profile：
•\tBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
•\t7–15 years of experience in industrial technology roles, with strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial systems.
•\tDeep knowledge of IT/OT convergence and hands-on expertise in MES, SCADA, PLC, IIoT, and cloud architectures.
•\tExperience with ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, and driving digital transformation initiatives in factory environments.
•\tStrong capability in process modeling, requirements structuring, and managing complex cross-functional projects.
•\tExcellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
