    Full time 40 hours a week for 1st shift.

Summary:

    Build a full digital archive and library of all photography, videography, and graphic based assets that are organized and accessible.

    Report to the Director and brand marketing team.

    Detail-oriented individual with a strong passion for digital asset management and experience in designing, organizing, and executing best practices for asset libraries and archives.

    Oversee the acquisition, cataloguing, organization, and protection of all digital assets, with a primary focus on managing large video files, including raw footage and edited videos.

    Manage and optimize cloud-based file storage infrastructure for effective 2-way system between Orange County & New Mexico.

    Develop and implement robust digital asset management processes and workflows tailored to the needs of post-production studios.

    Collaborate with post-production teams to ensure seamless integration of digital asset management practices into existing workflows.

    Ensure the security and integrity of digital assets through the implementation of best practices in data protection and access control.

    Develop and maintain comprehensive metadata schemas to facilitate efficient search and retrieval of digital assets.

    Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and enforce policies for the use and distribution of digital assets, including intellectual property and marketing materials.

    Monitor and track usage rights for digital assets to ensure compliance with copyright and licensing agreements.

    Provide training and support to internal teams on digital asset management tools and practices.

    Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to digital assets and assist with technical support when needed.

    Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital assets.

Required Skills:

    Proven experience as a Project Manager or Digital Asset Manager, with a minimum of 2 years experience maintaining a DAM.

    Must be hands on, highly familiar with art, a/v, and digital filetypes, and to have experience managing asset libraries within industry or organizations with high volume a/and digital assets.

    In-depth knowledge of digital asset management, and best practices in media organization.

    Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.

    Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
