Job Description:

Job Summary:  This role combines owning and scaling up Airbus Helicopters North America creative & digital marketing efforts as part of the broader Marketing team while focusing on effectively building & delivering on a digital marketing yearly plan for growing leads across different lines of business at Airbus Helicopters North America . Key mission in this role will be to develop new digital projects but also to deploy existing tools & standard processes within Airbus Helicopters while maintaining and rationalizing the current creative & digital tools portfolio. This position will support business teams for product & services and will be responsible for return on investment metrics in gauging impact of digital & creative marketing.

Primary Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing – 40

  • Working closely with the regional & global marketing teams, propose, develop & deliver relevant creative & digital marketing solutions for effective promotion of products & services across business lines for North American region
  • Focus on driving consistency and needed customization of digital marketing content aimed at different regions & segments across North American Helicopter market
  • Planning and execution of digital & creative marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis
  • Project management for developing & improving content including but not limited to creative design, messages, collateral, rich media including ensuring accuracy and quality in alignment with Corporate design & branding guidelines
  • Exploring innovative solutions & staying current with emerging opportunities for implementation within Airbus Helicopters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that nurtures, guides growth, shows our differentiation, and supports business goals while being brand-focused
  • Ensure coordination with the Sales & Programs teams to maximize existing capabilities

Methods & Tools : 25

  • Drive marketing automation that allow boosting customer experience & engagement while increasing leads & prospects generation for products & services
  • Develop a relevant & effective portfolio of tools including for use with web, email, social media, CRM, Apps & other innovative platforms to enhance overall marketing effort
  • Partner with the Global Methods & tools team, to customize and deploy the latest marketing tools
  • Ownership of all digital marketing tools keeping them updated & in circulation including necessary training/ onboarding of the team for greater Operational Marketing impact
  • Sales & Marketing focal point in managing internal/ external resources for timely delivery & execution of 3D aircraft renderings, paint schemes, aircraft models and other new and innovative configuration tools development to improve the customer experiences
  • Focus on web, mobile and mixed reality applications
  • Support all ongoing promotion activities as necessary through existing toolkit

Customer & Market Understanding – 20

  • Develop a detailed understanding of Airbus Helicopter Market in North American, operators, market trends, internal & external customer needs for effective digital marketing  through all existing and new channels
  • Feedback intricacies of regional market requirements for crafting new tools for network to global methods & tools team
  • Provide market inputs and requirements to champion other areas of Marketing/Sales and other internal partners
  • Develop a detailed understanding of the company, internal partners, functions and divisions as well the industry
  • Act as the core for delivery of Marketing Communication requirements

CRM & Customer database management :  10

  • Act as one of the CRM tool focal point for the region including deployment & effective use of Marketing Cloud applications  for local marketing needs
  • Support local users for customer account, contacts & opportunity metrics in improving data quality as well consolidating the most update customer contact database which is key to digital marketing
  • Create reports & dashboard for digital marketing efforts to monitor impact of ongoing & new campaigns
  • Produces finished work for printing using appropriate internal / external resources, including logos, presentation folders, newsletters, brochures, agendas, tradeshow / event graphics and business forms
  • Produces advertising layouts in support of AHI Marketing initiatives and in coordination with AHI Communications guidance
  • Manage customer photo input and design and production of company annual calendar.

ROI/ KPI Analytics :  5

  • Use analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and channel performance against ROI and KPIs, using insights to refine and improve strategies
  • Analyze profitability of marketing activities including for leads generates, conversion ratios, cost of campaign/ event/ trade show

  • Minimum four (4) year degree in Marketing or Digital Communications or Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience and relevant coursework

  • 4 years or more B2B Marketing experience
