As the business expands, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to be part of Qatar Airways Cargo’s Digital Team in Doha as Digital Product Manager.
About the role
As a Digital Product Manager, you will be responsible to manage the overall cargo system development and support activities to ensure the customer experience on the site is high and as per required standards. Interact and coordinate with stakeholders for system maintenance and development requests. Manage process improvements and change management strategies to ensure high adoption with end users.
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will also:
• Provide strong leadership for the Cargo system team, to deliver high-quality customer experiences on strategic platforms connected internally and externally to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency and usability.
• Manage the implementation of the product Vision and Strategy based on business objectives and product roadmap.
• Design a development proposal based on the spanet trends and new initiatives pertaining to the cargo system.
• Participate on current technology advancements relevant to supporting efficient business processes and making recommendations that drive organizational growth and innovation.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth change management and implementation of products and services.
• Responsible for managing the implementation of an omni channel services strategy including mobile apps etc. to be provided for the customer.
• Responsible for delivering against defined departmental KPIs. Track and report on all site metrics (user analytics) and forthcoming developments on a monthly basis to senior management.
• Manage the cargo system project deliveries to achieve target deadline and budget expectation. Define usage monitoring and improvement plans of portals services by implementing performance metrics.
