OVERVIEW

  • As a Digital Services delivery lead, you would work in a fast-paced organization to deliver results for Digital Services program for Honeywell enterprise. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of workstreams covering different business units and variety of technologies involving OT/IT connectivity, data, AI and application delivery-based solutions.
  • You would work with AI engagement leads, engineering teams, project and scrum managers to set up and deliver visibility, continuous improvements needed to deliver the goals for digital services.
  • You would need to understand customer problems that need to be solved for each business, identify points of value and what is needed for the team to succeed using data and AI solutions and divert resources efficiently
  • You would identify opportunities to remove roadblocks that can accelerate delivery expectation of each workstream. You will ensure alignment, adherence and standardization of Digital Services solution and manage, maintain delivery scorecard.
  • You would help develop metrics that maintain costs, manage trade-offs, start vs. stop vs. enhance decisions/recommendations to deliver the maximum value from the portfolio within agreed time frame and constraints.
  • Build and manage a variety of internal or external relationships (e.g. business executives, executive sponsors, delivery teams, etc.) and orchestrate activities between groups to resolve issues and move program forward. Become a trusted partner for all data, analytics and AI delivery for customers.
  • Track and forecast internal and external needs, identify potential impacts and apply knowledge to develop AI offerings to anticipate and support new needs.
  • Communicate program information and status to the executives and stakeholders, and provide engagement oversight to the program, related projects, and tracks of work; Act as internal point of coordination relating to approach and solution and is the primary escalation point.
  • Work with stakeholders and users of the solution to capture the realized value from the enabled solution.
  • Set up the mechanism to gather feedback on the delivery, analyze feedback, identify and determine implications and recommend improvements.

  • Performance scorecard for the digital services
  • Tangible business value through definition and execution of projects
  • Leverage the data science and cloud technology-based solutions to scale up new AI opportunities

MUST HAVE

  • 4+ Years of experience in Data Science projects and AI deployments
  • 15+ years of overall Industry Experience to deliver enterprise scale, multi-functional programs
  • 4+ years of knowledge/experience in cloud-based data and data science technologies

  • Experience with end to end data engineering and data science solution
  • Ability to handle and work through ambiguities and prioritize actions with minimum supervision
