What We’re Looking For

While you are required to have at least 12 months flying experience within the last 5 years, we are also focused on your attitude, professionalism, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

The Essentials
To meet regulatory and operational requirements, you’ll need to:

·       Be 18 years old.

·       Have at least 12 months flying experience within the last 5 years (by 31^st December 2025)

·       Be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) tall without shoes.

·       Be fluent in written and spoken English.

·       Hold the right to work in the UK, with a valid passport and unrestricted travel across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship is not available)

·       Live within 90 minutes of your chosen base

·       Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck (any tattoos must be inoffensive)

·       Be comfortable selling items from our CAFE.SHOP range including alcohol (this also contributes to your commission).

·       Swim 25 metres unaided, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a life raft.

·       Pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical and fit securely into a jump seat with a lap belt and shoulder harness.
