We’re looking for a hands-on, proactive leader to strengthen and enhance our Aviation Information Security management system.
In this role, you’ll be the common responsible person (CRP) for aviation information security, working closely with senior leadership and reporting directly to the Accountable Manager.
Youll take ownership of building, implementing, and improving our security framework—helping us stay secure, compliant, and ahead of potential risks in accordance with PART-IS regulation.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in cyber security.
- At least 3 years of experience in information and cyber security.
- Experience within civil aviation.
- Practical expertise in aviation safety standards and secure operating practices.
- Excellent understanding of cyber security principles.
- Strong communicator—clear and effective in both verbal and written interactions.
- Analytical and strategic thinker, able to plan, organize, and manage complex tasks.
- Team player who collaborates well across different departments.
- Fluent English skills (written and oral).
- Proficient in MS Office for documentation and reporting.
- Trustworthy—a clean criminal record is required.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Developing and improving our aviation information security policy.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify security threats and protect aviation safety.
- Collaborating with Operations and IT Security to analyze and manage risks.
- Monitoring security measures, ensuring vulnerabilities are addressed effectively.
- Producing reports on security performance to inform key decisions.
- Leading security awareness training based on identified risks.
- Handling remedial actions in response to regulatory findings.
- Following up on incidents and ensuring thorough investigations.
- Driving a culture of aviation security awareness across the organization.
