The Director, Finance Transformation isat the center of HCE digital transformation initiatives, playing a key role inoptimizing financial processes that enable HCE to have full latitude overproduct/sales strategy, pricing/discounting, and product level P&Lreporting. You will closely coordinate with product management, salesexcellence, GBE business partners, and executive leadership to develop aconsistent framework for evaluating financials and other critical aspects ofnew opportunities across HCE, with the goal of maximizing profitability anddriving software growth. Additionally, you will lead the financial workstreamsfor several transformation projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage with stakeholders to drive Software Accelerator across the enterprise
- Drive to full automation of the HCE financial end-to-end reporting
- Coordinate with HCE leadership to drive growth opportunities in areas of Global Cloud Expansion and NPIs
- Lead financial workstreams of several key transformation projects, such as ERP/systems architecture and go-to-market process
- Serve as the HCE focal working with the Corporate Honeywell team to develop standard definitions and automate reporting of SaaS KPIs
- Assist in developing and documenting policies and procedures, including system requirements and internal controls
- Drive change management for all transformational activities
LI-HYBRID
MUST HAVE:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in finance with progressively increasing levels of responsibility
- 3+ years of experience utilizing ERP systems
- 2+ years of commercial finance experience
