THE BUSINESS

Honeywell is charging into the IoT revolution with the establishment of Honeywell Connected Enterprise (HCE), building on our heritage of invention and deep, on-the-ground industry expertise. HCE is the leading disruptor, building and connecting software solutions to streamline and centralize the assets, people and processes that help our customers make smarter, more accurate business decisions.

HCE provides cloud-based Enterprise Performance Management offerings in a variety of domains such as Buildings, Industrial Plants and Aero enabling customers with faster innovation, efficient operations and maximizing the value of their assets. Powering all the HCE offerings is the underlying platform - Honeywell Forge -- which provides an open and extensible foundation to unify operations and leverage the innovative capabilities consistently across the customer business units. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our world class team and be part of the story of the team who disrupted the industry like never before.

As the Director Global Cyber Partnerships, you will build and lead HCEs co-sell partner program with System Integrators, Management Consultants, and complementary technology partners.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

•              Lead role for GTM partnering including partner management, revenue enablement, and program development.

•              Direct owner of GSI, Management Consultant, and technology partner relationship and relationship mapping

•              Work closely with HCE sourcing team to land contracts that meet all company compliance guidelines.

•              Accountable for partner selection, enablement & management with sufficient pipeline to meet sales targets.

•              Designs, owns, and leads the internal & external business reviews for GSIs, Management Consultants, and Technology partners

•              Accountable for the creation & management of the GSI partner program - processes, tools, metrics

•              Build and lead GTM partnering organization. Organization growth will come with demonstrated success.

•              Focus is on GSI Co-sell, but we may engage in other commercial models.

MUST HAVE

•              10 years of experience building and leading software co-sell programs with GSIs or Management Consultants

•              10+ years establishing contractual partnership agreements

•              5+ years Program & Project Management 

•              Proven track record of recruiting & delivering incremental revenue with partners

•              Ability to run GTM workshops with top GSIs and translate those outcomes into actionable enablement and sales strategies/plays

•              Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and create unique and differentiated GTM initiatives with very senior level executives at GSI and Management Consultant firms

•              Demonstrated ability to manage and influence internal leaders & and external partners in parallel

•              Excellent communication, presentation, and speaking skills
