Job Title: Director of MaintenanceJob Description
The Director of Maintenance will oversee the entire maintenance operations of a 145 repair station, ensuring efficient scheduling and execution of approximately 15 work orders daily. This role involves direct communication with clients, delegating tasks, and maintaining accurate project updates using the Ebis operating system.
Responsibilities
- Schedule project tasks, averaging roughly 15 work orders daily.
- Communicate with clients to provide project updates, address questions, and concerns.
- Delegate project tasks as needed.
- Enter all project and paperwork updates into the Ebis operating system.
- Direct the development and installation of maintenance procedures and controls.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all maintenance and corporate-related activities.
- Collaborate with Controller/Ownership to budget staffing, systems, and expenditures.
- Exercise strategic decision-making authority for the Maintenance Department.
- Monitor the safety, security, and quality culture, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic management reviews and assess the suitability of policies and procedures.
- Ensure availability of maintenance staff, inventory, and ground operations staff for intended operations.
- Provide oversight of the CFR 145 Repair Station, ensuring staffing, facilities, tooling, and equipment are adequate.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous safety improvement throughout the organization.
Pay- Salaried
- $120,000K-$175,000K
Shift- Shop is open M-F 7a-4p. Time in shop anywhere from 8a-5p
