- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of procurement or supply chain experience within the aviation or aerospace industry, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of MRO operations, aircraft systems, and technical procurement processes.
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations and long-term agreements with OEMs and service providers.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (FAA, EASA, IATA) and aviation quality standards.
- Strong analytical, financial, and project management skills.
- Experience with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP or Ariba).
Preferred Experience
- Experience with airline, MRO, or OEM procurement operations.
- Knowledge of component repair programs, and PBH (Power-By-the-Hour) contracts. Familiarity with digital procurement tools and supplier analytics dashboards.
Salary Range: $117,500 -$158,500

Financial offer within the stated range will be based on multiple factors to include but not limited to location, relevant experience/level and skillset.
