Summary and Objective
Will drive to increase company revenue by identifying profitable business opportunities and developing long-term business growth strategies.

Building solid relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and spaneting teams.
Execute or assist in preparation and execution of copies of contracts and subcontracts, including exhibits and attachments; ensure all contract and subcontract auxiliary documents, such as insurance certificates and bonds, are provided.
Manage change order process, e.g., work with Program Managers and Maintenance Admins to determine the need for change orders; negotiate, draft and secure signatures on change order.

Required education and experience
Demonstrated customer service, business development, sales, and spaneting experience, with excellent interpersonal skills.
