* Certification: A valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license is mandatory (Inspection Authorization (IA) is Preferred)
* Preferred Experience: 3–5 years in a Supervisory or Management role in a Corporate Aircraft Maintenance Environment
* Deep knowledge of specific airframes (e.g. Cessna Citation Jets) and turbine engine operations
* Strong communication for liaising with Aircraft Owners, Pilots, and Regulatory Authorities
* Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs and work in varying environments, including hangars and flight ramps Professional Attributes

* Attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
* Ability to work with or without Supervision Job Duties & Functions
* Manage all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, repairs, and modifications to ensure constant aircraft readiness
* Act as the primary point of authority for FAA (Part 91 or Part 135) compliance, maintaining accurate records, logbooks, and digital tracking systems
* Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget, including part procurement, vendor contract negotiations, and cost-control strategies
* Supervise in-house Technicians and coordinate with external Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facilities and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)
* Implement and enforce Safety Management Systems (SMS), perform incident investigations, and ensure a clean, organized hangar environment Physical Requirements & Environment
